Nestled in a prestigious London location, this opulent apartment project by EMITOM encompassed full interior design along with bespoke joinery, carefully selected furniture, and an artwork curation package. Our goal was to seamlessly merge the stately architecture of a Victorian mansion with refined modern interiors, elevating the space without overshadowing its historic elegance.
Crafted with precision, the interiors blend contrasting elements of light and dark, deliberately incorporated to introduce drama and depth. At the heart of the design lies a thoughtful interplay of textures, forms, and materials—where polished surfaces, rich fabrics, and architectural details coalesce to enhance the original character while adding bespoke sophistication.
Every bespoke feature—from built-in joinery to loose furniture pieces—was chosen to emphasise heritage and modernity simultaneously. Artwork was carefully curated to complement the palette and textures, reinforcing the residence's distinct sense of place. The result is a lavish yet genuinely personal apartment, where Victorian grandeur sits harmoniously alongside contemporary comfort and style.
